‘Fight Free February’ (FFF) began in 2011 with the first of what was imagined as an annual campaign. Our motivation was a desire to see people become better equipped to deal with (and negotiate) difficult events – including family breakdown.
The aim of FFF is to start a movement – of individuals committed to finding other ways to resolve what could turn into a fight – with partners, kids, colleagues, or… anyone.
We do this by asking individuals to make a pledge for a fight free month – and promoting practical tips (sourced from counsellors, psychologists, mediators and lawyers) about different ways to resolve conflicts in lots of different settings.
We post the tips – via web, social media and mainstream media – basically as many channels and avenues as we can over the month of February.
