Event wrap up of our Special Screening of 'Tommy' Award Winning Short Film

On Thursday 11th May 2023 CE Family Law and To Be Loved hosted a special screening of ‘Tommy’. We were deeply grateful to everyone who attended event. The evening was a resounding success in our mission to educate and raise awareness among the Australian ecosystem of family members including medical professionals, judges, mental health practitioners, educators and legal professionals about the challenges and pressure children face amid family turmoil. It is a step closer to our goal of giving children a voice within the legal system.

Together, let’s continue to generate awareness and provide support to create a brighter future for these young hearts. You can purchase the book and share it with those that will benefit, spread the word about the film or even help to support the next film in progress 'Millie and her Magic Puppet Show. You can also donate to To Be Loved to enable them to continue to support families through the troubling nature of divorce.

Coming soon: Millie and her Magic Puppet Show

The next part of this journey is the production of Millie and her Magic Puppet Show. This short film focuses on child trauma, teaching parents valuable lessons from a child's viewpoint.
Importantly we are seeking investors and executive producers to come on board and help make a real difference. Tommy has been a powerful introduction and we are confident Millie will take the world by storm.

If you are keen to discuss how you or your business can support the production of Millie then please email or call Darren Mort darren@darrenmort.com.au 0418 568 321.

Tommy & Tiger Terry Book

Tommy is a kid from a separated household and has one wish – he would like his parents to reconcile. However, that is not going to happen. To address his feelings of conflict, Tommy has an imaginary friend, Tiger Terry, with whom he travels on an adventure to escape the anxiety and confusion that his family situation creates.

Tommy & Tiger Terry is a compelling book for children and parents and a useful resource for any separated family to help kids grow up into well-balanced and psychologically healthy adults.
