To Be Loved Network and CE Family Law Partnership in 2023 and Beyond

CE Family Law is proud to be partnering with and supporting the To Be Loved Network. To Be Loved Network is a charity formed to give children a voice when navigating parental separation, whilst going through the Family Court or Federal Circuit Court.

In 2023 and beyond, CE Family Law will be supporting the To Be Loved Network to help shine a light on the ways in which children can be better supported through the trauma of their parents separating. Educating the Australian ecosystem of family members, judges and other legal professionals on the pressure children face in the midst of family turmoil, To Be Loved Network strives to generate greater awareness and support for children in the legal system.

When asked to partner with To Be Loved Network it was a quick and easy decision as our values were aligned and both organisations were focused on the best possible outcome for the children involved in separation. This cause is very close to our hearts. At CE Family Law we have a team of specialist Independent Children’s lawyers who represent a child’s best interests in the Court.

To Be Loved Network and CE Family Law share the same desire to help reassure children that they are not alone in their struggles during parental separation. Having the tools and educational materials and network of To Be Loved Network will be incredibly valuable to our clients and our network.

CE Family Law will be helping To Be Loved Network in educating the ecosystem involved in Family Law. To kick start this education partnership CE Family Law will be hosting an evening screening of To Be Loved Network’s short film ‘'Tommy’ at the Palace Cinema in Brighton on Thursday 11th May. The enthralling film showcases the painful reality of a family custody battle – seen through the eyes of a child.
